1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using usertool.in, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our service or API.
2. Use of Services & API
UserTool provides B2B API integration, document formatting, PAN editing, and PDF tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our site or APIs to engage in any illegal activity, fraud, or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Payments & Wallet Top-ups
If you subscribe to our B2B API plans or add credits to your wallet, you agree to pay the specified charges. All wallet top-ups and subscription payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated. API access can be immediately revoked without a refund if malicious activity is detected on your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
UserTool and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our APIs, PDF tools, or any temporary server downtimes.
